IMM5491-Quest.#19 Minimum Necessary Income requirement-Sponsor Spouse-Quest.?

Hi Forum,
For IMM 5491 Document Checklist page 2 of 2 #19-If you are sponsoring a spouse there is no minimum necessary income requirement correct? So do applicants sponsoring spouses both Inland or Outland leave this section blank? (a)-(d)?

Forum, anyone? Do I need to fill in Quest. #19 on IMM5491 if I am sponsoring my spouse??

Same question. Canadian Citizen sponsoring my Japanese wife (moving to Canada next year with 5-year-old daughter).

Am I required to complete this section?

As you are not required to meet the minimum necessary income, section 19 does not apply. Mark N/A instead of leaving it blank.

So do applicants sponsoring spouses both Inland or Outland leave this section blank? (a)-(d)?

IMM 5491 is not a part of the inland application package.
