Question 27.

Have you or your partner lived together?

I have stayed in my partners appartment whenever I visited her (the longest holiday/visit I had with her was 2 months).

Does this class as living together or not:huh::unsure:?

Question 29

Are you living with someone other than your sponsor?

Does this mean I should include flatmates that I am living with in a shared house?

Sorry if my questions seem silly, just wondering how literal the answers should be.

I have a slightly different opinion:
27: Put all periods where you two stayed in the same place. 2 months is fine. There are many cases on Canlii where you can see the appeal judge expected people to say 'yes' to the question 'have you and your partner lived together?' even when the period of cohabitation was very short, such as a couple of days. Just be clear in your explanation: attach a note stating you stayed together for 2 weeks at Hotel YYY from July 4, 2010 to July 18, 2010; you then stayed together for two months at her apartment from ... to ...; and so on.
29:
Flatmates do count, usually. This depends on the living situation. If you answered an ad for a room, and just moved in to a shared house where you didn't know the other people before, don't interact with them now, and maybe don't even know their names, you wouldn't have to say you are living with these people. But if you and a friend decided to rent an apartment together, then yes, you are living with this person and should write his name down and his relationship to you.
IF you are sharing the kitchen and living room, you are living with them most likely.
Keep in mind their is no better answer to this question. Living with roommates or not, will not make a difference to CIC. (Now, if you are living with your former spouse, CIC is going to have questions.) So if you are not sure whether you should list someone, I would err on the side of caution, list them, and attach an explanation stating the roommate arrangements.
You don' want to say 'no', then have the VO find out you are living with someone and accuse you of misrepresentation.
