I'm Catholic, my husband is not really a religious guy, and really religions is not a problem for us at all.
Answering IMM5490 in Question 15.
Was there a formal ceremony to recognize/celebrate the marriage? Specify the rite (religion) in what marriage was performed and to what religion you and your spouse belong if any.
We only got a civil ceremony because he is not a Catholic and for me civil marriage has the same value as a religious one, because we love each other.
So my doubt is if I had to explain this to CIC or I don't even have to mention it.

If anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it.

I'm not sure how important it is for Mexico VO - I know that Mexico is a "fairly catholic" country, so I would indicate that you come from a Catholic background, but your husband doesn't, and hence you have both chosen to have a civil wedding. I don't think there is a need for a big explanation, but since there is a question about it, you might as well answer it, so it's clear in CIC mind. As long as it's not an issue for you and your husband, then it should be all good.
Good luck,
Sweden

Answer 'yes', because there was a formal celebration - the civil marriage. Then explain briefly why it was not a Catholic ceremony, and your religious backgrounds. Mention that this difference is not an issue for you at all. If there is an interview, the VO will ask about this in regards to any children, so make sure you have an answer ready.

Thank you both :D
