[IMM5409] Does all the documents have to be scanned in color?

Hi all, I printed the common-law declaration form IMM5409 in black and white and brought it to the notary. Do I have to print it in color? The only color on the form is the Canada flag at the top and the bottom. Even the notary stamp is black and white too.
