I have been recently received a request letter for IMM5406e but there is no way for me to upload the form since there site is down or has some technical issues. I have sent them the IMM5406 through the web form, but after 7 days of the Original request, they have sent a 2nd request letter for the same form saying that I have not responded to the original request letter. So I have sent it again through the web form. And also called their Call center and told them about it, and they have put a note on my file. Is it going to be fine?
