IMM5406E Family Info form - please suggest on my queries

Hi,

While filling the family info form today got 2 doubts. can you pls advise.

1) what should we write for marital status and present address boxes in my spouse's form regards to her mother who had expired ? DECEASED and NOT APPLICABLE with her expiry date, place of expiry ?

2) what should we write for marital status of my spouse's father? MARRIED or WIDOWER?

3) what should we write for a missing sibling's present address? We don't whether the person is there somewhere or not? In the past work permit mentioned his present address as his father's address.

If I write in this form now as 'MISSING from so and so date' in present address box, I am thinking it may lead to unnecessary questions from CIC or there won't be this kind of enquries on family members' IN GENERAL ?

For
1) Martial Status : Deceased
2) Marital Status : Windower
3) You are mentioning your siblings father as "his father", is your sibiling your half brother or your step brother? If yes, then mention the address which was used earlier during work permit.
If there is not half or step relation between you and your sibling then you need not mention any detail at all
