For a student that is currently studying, should we leave the Education section blank and instead write it in the Employment section? Or fill out both?

Also, should you right the expected graduation date (To) even though you have not graduated yet, or should you leave it blank? I notice that in both the Education / Employment section the From date is mandatory, but the To date isnt.

Have you read the Instruction Guide IMM5256? A lot of the questions that you've been asking are answered there
