IMM5257E- BARCODE AND VALIDATION

when i am trying to validate the form IMM5257 E its says the format you entered in the following field is incorrect to date: to date cannot be less than from date. This is happening in both column of Education and Work experience column. After which i just take the cursor and retype the same month and validate. It validates and bar code displays but unable to save the form with the barcodes in the my desktop to upload in online. whereas my kids form has been validate with barcode and saved in my desktop.
could anyone suggest me

I am residing in Kuwait. I have applied for Visitor visa which has been refused for Immigration status in country of residence. I work in kuwait under work visa which has residence status for stipulated time. Before expiry of status the sponsoring company will renew it automatically. Can someone explain how to mention this and make the officer to reconsider my application.
