IMM5257B - Travel History

I am filling 5257B form. Regarding the travel history of 5 years, I have traveled over 100 times as an airline crew, but those were short stays like 24-36 hours mostly. we travel on General Declaration, its basically a company guarantee letter type thing and authorities don't stamp our passport and as an operating crew, we don't have any boarding pass even or any other paper proof. it's quite difficult to mention all these trips or should I just explain this in a separate sheet without listing all in the form? these trips can be verified by embassy from my company records
or should I just mention those travels which I did through visa or where my passport gets stamped?

secondly, I have one unused visa of a country that I couldn't utilize due to the recent COVID situation. should I mention this visa in previous travel history?

do we need to mention every and single trip less than 1 month or we should add them all ???????????
