IMM1295 Form Wont upload!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plz Help

Hey Im having so much trouble uploading my IMM1295 form. I have been trying the past 4 weeks to upload it trying differents methods of uploading ie. different computer, refilling form, even got new checklist codes and still, keeps saying "cannot validate form at this time please try again later".
I would really appreciate some help on this topic but im not sure if many people are experiencing the same issue as me!

I was having a similar problem with that form.

What worked for me was to fill out the form in Adobe Reader (you may have to update to a recent version) and enter '00000000' into the UCI box on the first page, even though I don't have a UCI number. It won't accept letters so you can't write 'NA' in there, but that box must be filled in for the form to be accepted. I also entered the current date on page 4 next to where you would sign the form, if you were printing it.

When you've finished filling out the form, click the 'Validate' button and after the form is validated, save that file to your computer and upload that file as your IMM1295 form.

You do NOT need to print, sign and scan it, as you will do a digital signature once all your documents are uploaded and you submit them.

I have submitted my application but I haven't received my LOI yet so I can't guarantee this works, but it's the only way I was able to get my IMM1295 form to upload.

Thanks for your help. Since then i got to upload my form so i am very happy. What i was actually doing wrong was i was printing my form off and scanning it back in to upload it but there was no need to do that. Instead i was meant to just upload the original document i validated. Silly me :
