IMM1294e Form for student permit outside of Canada and PAL number

Hello.
There is updated IMM1294e form that has to be filled when applying for student permit outside of Canada.
In this form it is required to write down Province attestation letter number so I wonder how should this information should be written ?
Is it :
XXXX-XXXXXXXX (just like ID of PAL letter) form
or be like
<YOUR NAME> XXXX-XXXXXXXX ?

Any experience and advice is welcome.
