IMM1294 Submission Help! Cannot upload!

Hello!

I'm trying to submit my IMM1294, but for some reason I can't get it to go through. Whenever I submit it, I get the following error message:

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later.

All the sections are filled out properly, from what I've seen by guides online. It's been validated, and has the bar codes at the bottom. I cannot save the file on my computer for some reason (whenever I save it, it saves as the "Please wait" message). I printed it, scanned it, and tried to submit it. Anyone else have this problem and/or any solutions? it's the only thing standing between me and submitting my form for a study permit at this point. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

the please try later is the clue and generally means the CIC server is busy, just keep trying as will magically process without you changing anything. Like many applications error messages still seem to be a weakness when a simple message 'server busy please try later' would be much clearer.

I faced the same issue while using crome browser. Switched to Firefox n document uploaded without any issue..try it out

true try a different browser but if works likely a coincidence as people also tried that, if works then fine.
