IMM1017e medical form

i hve applied in family class sponsorshop. I got instruction for medical from canadian embassy new delhi but they dont dont send imm1017 form
can i go for medical examination without imm1017e form.
i have also send a email to embassy but they dont reply.

well m from pakistan bt i think procedure is almost same if u r going to do ur medical through emedical then u dnt need anything except few documents like passport,n.i.c nd photographs the rest of the thing they do by themselves they fill up the form online n send report online u dnt need to send anything to the immigration office.

You have asked this before and people have answered you. The doctor will provide the form. Call your panel physician and ask what to bring.

Suggestion:
Start a thread that says "Pakistani medical examination" and write it in Pakistani or something. That will attract more people and you can easier understand what people are telling you.

PS. I have no idea what the official language is. Sorry
