IMM008 - Personal Details - Question 2a - Help

Hello Guys : Need help regarding IMM008 - Personal Details - Question (2a)

I am applying for my wife's spousal Visa for canada. She never used her last name before getting married and in her old passport all she has her Given names (first name and middle name: Jasmeet Kaur) but no family name.

So in this section IMM008 - Personal Details - Question (2a) if I do not fill out her last name I can not seem to VALIDATE the form.

Wondering what would be the solution. I really need your help. Any response would be much appreciated.

You put Jasmeet Kaur in the Surname and N/A in the Given Name.

Just little skeptical, being not much expert in this field I am little skeptical. I was going through the guide it does not instruct the way you mentioned (putting given names in surname section).

It is not that I am your answer was wrong or anything. I just wanna be sure about it. Please help me.

Could you please guide me through, just to make sure if it does say anywhere in Immigration guide or anywhere on CIC website?
