IMM006e online application keeps bouncing back saying file too large

I'm ready to tear my hair out trying to help my partner email the IMM006e application. We have attached a scan of the notarized form as well as a pic of my PR CARD but it keeps returning the email saying file exceeds 5mb. Is there an address where my partner can fedex the application instead? It's beyond our scope to know how to further reduce the file size. I'm ready to scream.

Hola.. te cuento que yo tambien tenia el mismo problema pero intente con una aplicacion en la web que se llama Ilovepdf, aqui te dan varias opciones para comprimir el documento, recuerda que lo que necesitas hacer es reducirlo para poderlo enviar..Puedes entrar alli y seleccionar la opcion "extrema", veras que se reduce un poco la calidad del documento pero al menos podras enviarlos.
