IMM0008ENU_2D - For my kids (Born in Canada)

Hi PMM / JES_ON and other seniors,

I am filling up the application form IMM0008ENU_2D form, I have got some questions while filling up the details for my kids.

My kids are born in Canada and they are 4 months old.

My questions in this form is
1. National Identity Document - Except Passport & Citizenship document I don't have any, so shall I select NO?
2. Education/Occupation Detail - This section I cannot fill at all for my kids, So shall I say "NA" and 0 accordingly in alphanumeric and only number fields?
3. Language Detail - I can specify Native Language, but what should I specify for "If your native language is not English or French" & select whether you are able to communicate in English and/or French
4. Enter the date of your last entry to Canada - What date should I put here? right now I just put the date of birth

Please help me to fill this form out.

I dont think you actually put your children in that part of the form. Under the dependents section it says to fill it out for any dependents who are NOT already permanent residents or citizens of Canada, which your kids are.
