IMM0008 Russian passport

Hi All, another question. I'm helping the wife fill out the IMM0008 and it asks for her name as it appears in her passport(Russian). Do we use the English translation at the bottom of the page in her passport?

That's how we did my wife's application. A photocopy of that page is part of the application anyway so they can see the Cyrillic spelling too.
