My wife and I had submitted the PR application in March 2021. This year we have a newborn that we'd like to add to our application. IRCC asked us to submit IMM0008 form along with some other documents. I have the following questions regarding filling the form itself as the instructions provided by IRCC are not very helpful.
1. Should this form be filled by the primary applicant (myself) or from the perspective of the dependent child?
2. If it should be filled by primary applicant, what should be the answer to "How many family members, including you are in this application"? should it be just 2 (for me and my kid) or should it be 3 including my spouse?
