Hello there

I am confused about class option on IMM0008 form. It only gives me the option to select "Family" in the first question and "common-law partner" category. Now I would like to sponsor my partner INLAND and under "spouse or common-law partner in Canada" class. Do I have to select "Family" class on IMM0008 anyway? "Family" class and "spouse/common-law in Canada" class seem to be two different things on the checklist.

Inland vs Outland is nothing to do with IMM0008. It is specified by how you answer a particular question on the checklist.

So is it all famiy class then? No matter whether inland or outland?
'Family Class' is the broad CIC term that includes spousal sponsorship (whether married or common-law). Again, nothing to do with Inland vs Outland.
