Can someone please advise who is supposed to write name under "Consent to release information" on page - 6?
I am sponsoring my child under 18, I understand child is the principle applicant for IMM0008 and parents are supposed to sign on their behalf (if under 18), but not sure do I need to write their name or my name for the consent?
