IMM0008 and CSQ Number

Hi everyone,

I have a confusion related to the question 6 of this form, Have you received your Certificat de Selection du Quebec (CSQ)?, i have it so next question is b) if yes, please indicate the number.

In the CSQ file it shows:

- Numero du dossier of 11 characters
- Numero de reference individuel of 9 characters.

So which one should i put in the form.

12-may-2017 ---> called 1-888-242-2100 = Agent was unable to tell me which one was CSQ number. The agent told me to contact MIDI @ 514 864-9191.
called MIDI 514 864-9191 ---> Midi was closed at 3.35 pm EST
