IMM 5713 Online

Hi all,

I am applying with my wife for a visitor visa. Does my wife need to sign IMM 5713 Use of Family member representative, given that I am applying online?
Some people say that the online application does not require printing and signing of IMM 5713. Simply upload without the signature.

Can anyone clarify?

It is better to sign it, but it is not required.
