IMM 5710 problems

Hello. My application for permanent residence is already being worked on. ( I am being sponsored by my spouse).
And now I have received a message from my lawyer that I may apply for an open work permit.
The IMM5710 form has some fields that are not clear for me, for example :

What is my intended location of employment ? ( since I am applying for an open work permit is this field important at all ?)
Status - I only have Citizen, perm resident, visitor, worker, student, other, protected person, refugee claimant or foreign national. I would say visitor but I am not sure.

I am German and my wife is Canadian (Quebec). We both live in Quebec.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Actually I got the same question regarding to the DETAIL OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA. Someone told me just put 'not applicable' for this section, but I realized that it only allow me to put numbers for the blank of LMIA#, otherwise, I can't validate this form.
Also, on the 1st page of this form, Q3:I am applying for one or more of the following: which one should be chosen if you are still working in Canada and previously have PGWP?
Any help will be much appreciated!
