IMM 5710 form returned by CPC without any specified reason

Hi,

Urgent advice required.

We had submitted for IMM 5710 as a part of my in-land spousal sponsorship package and i received a acknowledgement mail from that my package was received. I also got the request for PCC and IMM 5669 and we have applied for the PCC.

But today in my mail i received just my IMM 570 form returned from CPC Mississauga.

The problem is that they have not specified the reason for returning the form. We have no idea what are we supposed to do. The form has the date revived stamping and and my UCI printed on the receipt.

Please advice.

Do you mean IMM5710? There is no form called IMM 570.

If you are indeed referring to the OWP application, you likely did not include the correct fees ($255) if it was returned.

Yes you are right. Just went back and checked the receipt and we made a payment of $100 for just the Open work permit holder (because that was specified in the document checklist) and did not pay for the Work permit extension of $155.

Could you please tell us what to do next. Should we now pay for the Work Permit extension and resend the original package which has the received stamping?

Or should we send new form?

Yes you are right. Just went back and checked the receipt and we made a payment of $100 for just the Open work permit holder (because that was specified in the document checklist) and did not pay for the Work permit extension of $155.

You can use the same receipt for the $100 fee that you originally included and you can resubmit the same forms. Just also include the new receipt for the $155 as well. You are still in status, correct?
