IMM 5708 -questions about form- extending visitor visa

hi guys,

i was filling the form IMM5708 to extend a super visa for my parents. I saved the document, and when i open the form back, the drop down selections i made shows numbers only. also current maritial status, i selected Married, and it now shows a number in that field and married date and spouse names are grayed out. i cannot type it.

is this normal?

No, it is not.

Try opening it in another browser/machine.

If this doesn't work then you will need to save a new file.

did form changed when you opened it in new browser as I am getting the same problem,please reply
