Romanian passport holder living legally in the UK, applying thorough London. Which is the correct Family Information Form please?

ETA Forget this, I've found that answer on the London form.

Also, in a few places where I'm trying to find the correct documents to send the document checklist says "Note: refer to the responsible visa office for your region"

I take it to be London but nowhere can I find any information solely for London applications. What am I missing please (before I go crazy!
