IMM 5669 - Schedule A Background

For those who have been successful at obtaining PR, just wondering what you did for this form when the information exceeded the space available. I am planning to add extra sheets with the information, but did you put some information on the actual form and then put "see attached for remaining info" or did you just say to "See attached" in the first block? For personal history and addresses my husband has considerable extra info to add.

I know I am overthinking this, but want to do everything as seamless as possible!

What I did is whenever I needed to use an extra sheet.

For example there were 3 parts of mine where I needed to use extra sheets for the background declaration.

So what I need for the three parts was SEE APPENDIX A...SEE APPENDIX B....SEE APPENDIX C

So on the extra sheet at the top I put:

APPENDIX A
IMM 5669

I then put the question

APPENDIX A
IMM5669-BACKGROUND DECLARATION

8) Personal History
Provide details or your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent. Start with the most recent information. Under “Activity” , write your occupation or job title if you were working. If you were not working, provide information on what you were doing.

(PUT ANSWER AFTER)


(This is just so the officer knows which question you are refering about)

You would then put the sheets in order of the appendixes after the form so when the officer is looking at the question they will see SEE APPENDIX A...Flip over the form and see the answer right there
