For those who have been successful at obtaining PR, just wondering what you did for this form when the information exceeded the space available. I am planning to add extra sheets with the information, but did you put some information on the actual form and then put "see attached for remaining info" or did you just say to "See attached" in the first block? For personal history and addresses my husband has considerable extra info to add.
