IMM 5669 Schedule A Background Declaration - Question 10 Government position

Hello all,

I am currently filling in my PR application through spousal sponsorship - outland. I have been living in Canada for 3.5 years thanks to a combination of study/work permits. I am a French citizen and my common-law partner/sponsor is Canadian born.

Anyhow, I have a question regarding Question 10 - Government positions of the sponsorship questionnaire IMM 5669. They ask to list any government positions I've had. I worked for eHealth Ontario, a crown agency of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care as a "temp" for a 6-week contract in May/June 2016. I was recruited and paid by the temp agency, not by eHEalth Ontario. Does that count as a government position? Should I list it?

I think what CIC wants to find out from this question is whether you've ever worked for any non-Canadian government agencies. Having said that, I would list your six week contract all the same. Better safe than sorry.
