I want to ask about forms...they asked me forms again IMM5406 and IMM5669...now question is Should I write new address where I am living now a days and should I write marital status of spouse and parents??in IMM0008 form should I leave box empty where information not applicable to me.??? please help I will be very thankful to u.

Hi human they return your application? I am having problem with my IMM 5669 coz I put some gaps there I hope they will not return my application

Please provide information regarding the following address history gap: 2012/xx/yy-present

BUT, I have been living on the same address since that time till today. So, I don't know what they are asking...
