I was officially employed by Accenture Philippines between January 2001 to April 2008, and I have a "Certificate of Employment" from Accenture Philippines supporting these dates which I can provide as a supplementary document, hence I believe it is simplest for me to place this particular employment activity as 1 row/entry in my form IMM 5669 Personal History section.
However, between the years 2005 and 2006, I have been assigned, as part of my employment in the above period under Accenture Philippines, to work for a client based in Peoria, Illinois (USA) for a short-term assignment twice - the first assignment was total of 6 months (around June 2005 to November 2005) and the second assignment assignment was total of 3 months (June 2006 to August 2006). Do I still need to bother declaring these 2 short-term assignments as additional rows/entries in my IMM 5659 Personal History section - if yes, then I would be required to provide FBI Identity History Summary (for the total of 6+3 months short term US assignments) that takes 4 months to release, apart from just NBI (police clearance from Philippines).
