IMM 5669 - Implied status/Total Education section

Hello Experts,

1) Do i need to write this information in my application. My student visa got expired on 31th August and I received my Work permit on 2 November. For 2 months my status was implied.
2) While studying in Canada, I was working part time. In this case I have 2 status "STUDENT" & "PART TIME WORKER". Dates are overlapping. Please advise, Do i need to write about work in the application.

3) I did my engineering in 5 years, but the actual length of program was 4. In section 7, Do I need to write From 2005-2010? Total length will be 19 ? Correct me if I am wrong !

Overlapping of the dates are fine as far you have proof for that, but there should not be any gap in between such as the dates listed below where CIC will look for the information specific to missing month or a period in below scenario its August to September,

2011-07 -- 2011-08

2011-09 -- 2011-10

2012 -05 to 2015 -08 :: Student
2013-05 to 2015 -07 :: Part Time worker
2015-09 to 2015 -10 :: Implied status/No status ?? what to write in the application.?
2015 -11 to xxxx :: worker
