I need some assistance with filling out the Schedule A: Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form for my immigration application. I received a request to resubmit the form with the following instructions:
Last time, I used "Not Applicable" for the company name during my unemployed periods, and now I need to correct this.
I'm particularly confused about how to fill out the sections for periods when I was unemployed. Specifically, I need guidance on what to provide for:

"Schedule A: A newly completed and signed IMM 5669 / Schedule A form. Note that 'Not Applicable' or 'NA' should not be used to describe any period. This must be received at this office by: 2024/07/11."
