IMM 5669 Form - What to Provide for Unemployment Period?

Hi everyone,

I need some assistance with filling out the Schedule A: Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form for my immigration application. I received a request to resubmit the form with the following instructions:

"Schedule A: A newly completed and signed IMM 5669 / Schedule A form. Note that 'Not Applicable' or 'NA' should not be used to describe any period. This must be received at this office by: 2024/07/11."

Last time, I used "Not Applicable" for the company name during my unemployed periods, and now I need to correct this.

I'm particularly confused about how to fill out the sections for periods when I was unemployed. Specifically, I need guidance on what to provide for:

1. Activity Type
2. Job/Activity Title, Position
3. Name of Company, Employer, School or as applicable

Has anyone else had to fill out this form and could share what they put for these sections when they were unemployed? Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated!
