IMM 5669 form question!!

under list of addresses lived does anyone know if we have to write the addresses of everywhere we lived for example if i went to london for a month to visit family would that also count.. as they make it very clear that leaving gaps in timelines will result in delays.. putting addresses of vacations however seems lame..

If the trip is of couple of months then its better to write it down, even though it is a vacation trip. Its better to give info as they can see that on your Supplementary Travel Information Form that you're on vacation or away for couple of months. If it is only a month then you can leave it.
