IMM 5669 education and personal history

Hi guys,
I'd appreciate it if you could help me fill out IMM 5669 before my hair turns completely gray
I'm a bit unsure how to fill out sections 5 and 6. In education history I'm supposed to provide names of schools and cities where I studied. Does IRCC want these in Polish (my first language has some cool-looking characters and I was wondering if I should show them off in this form or in English, or maybe both? And should I start with the most recent level of education I've completed? The guide doesn't specify.
In personal history I added a vacation in Mexico. Should I add it in my address history too?

Start with the most recent and I personally used English names of schools (also from a Slavic country with funny letters) and there were no issues.

Address history is for places where you resided, not places you visited as a tourist.
