I am applying for my sister's family to visit Canada. She has two kids 12 and 3 years old. My check list includes IMM 5646 for both kids. They are not studying in Canada. My sister is just visiting temporarily in Canada with her husband and two kids. What do i need to do? Please help, if i am doing something wrong.
