IMM 5645 Family Info. - NOT ENOUGH SPACE

Hello. The IMM5645 require us to write the name both in English and our native language. However, there's not enough space for me to write one of the family member's name in both languages. As I am applying for VISA online, I am not sure of what I should do. (Some say to print the form out and mannually write the name, BUT I am applying online so what should I do?)

You can always print the form, have the name(s) manually written and you can scan the document using your phone camera, then you can upload/attach that image of the form to your application online.
