IMM 5562E Supplementary information - travels

Hi, does anyone know how to fill up the form IMM 5562E Supplementary information - travels? I see 2 problems.
1) its not possible to type in the form and save it as a document. Do I have to print it first and write by hand, and then scan it? Or is it possible to type in the document and directly print it?
2) There are only few spaces in the form for travels. Me and my spouse traveled a lot, so where should I list all our trips? After I fill up the form, should I continue to list my trips on another form (the same one) or at the plain normal peace of paper?

Please help because CIC requests from me to do this ïn 7 days.

Hi,

I had the same issue i had created a table in word document like IMM 5562E form added my 10 years of travel history and added the IMM 5562E at the end.
In the first page i explained as i travelled more countries i had created a table and explained the history of my travels.
They accepted and got the passport invite already

Thank you for your answer. So, you typed everything on computer, no hand writing? Because when I try to type into IMM 5562E, the notification appears that I will not be able to save filled form. And really, when I save the form, it is empty, despite I typed the facts into it.

Yup typed everything on computer made them as PDF and submitted.
Yeah that IMM5562E doesnt let you type easily what i did is, i filled that 5 boxes and took a print out of it.

Then created a table on the word and gave full explanation why im doing this and attached the IMM 5562 at the end.

Any other advice, please? I must fill up travel history both for me and my spouse. Should I do that for both of us in the one form, or should me and my spouse have separate forms? CIC gave me 2 empty places for uploading documents, so I wonder what to do.
Also, they asked me to provide proofs of my traveling to USA (visa, stamps, even boarding pass if I have it!).
