IMM 5562e Explanation

I am living in Montreal for 3 years now. And form IMM 5562 asks me to list all trips in the past 10 years. I am confused if traveling between Montreal Canada and my country counts as a trip. Since I moved to Montreal I have never traveled, so it is my residency, not a trip.
