Lol... just do the best you can.
This is only a suggestion, up to you what you decide to do.
Using a separate sheet, you can state on average how many times you travel from Singapore to other countries in a month or year for business, leisure, etc and that you have grouped the travels by month or by year and attached copies of your entry/exit stamps for their records. You can also say that your previous 3 passports have been destroyed upon renewal. If this is the policy of your country, the visa officer can verify this fact on the internet.
For example, if you travelled from Singapore to China, Korea, etc 3 - 4 times a month or 12 times in one year, you can write:
From = Jan 2011 or From = Jan 2011
To = Feb 2011 To = Dec 2011
Length = sum of the number of days from all trips in that month or that year
Destination = China, Korea, etc
Purpose of travel = business(name of company/employer), leisure, honeymoon, etc
CIC is only interested in where you were and your activity. As long as you do not lie or try to misrepresent information, you should be fine. See if you can request your travel record from Singapore or the other countries you've visited and attach copies.
You can also organize the entry/exit stamps by dates and attach copies.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. How about those single day trips?
I am from Singapore. We travel a lot every year. Our passport is 96 pages!! More than half is already used and stamped. Each page is about 3 sets of entry and exits. So that is about 150 round trip travels. Do they really need to know all? That is just crazy.
OK. I will overwhelm the whole page. LOL!
