Dear Fellow Members,

I have a query related to Supplementary Information: Your Travels (IMM 5562) form. I understand that we need to record all travels made outside our country of origin (India) and current residence (Canada).

I was in UK for two years and made couple of trips to India for few weeks. Should I just mention one trip to UK or should I break it into three excluding my time in India.
Example:

I reached UK in Dec 2009.

From 15th March 2010 - 30 March 2010 - I was in India

Then again from 31st March I was in UK....

Shall I include these breaks which making entries or should I just say one trip i.e. Dec 2009 - Dec 2011.

Thanks
Abhisishek

Great...Thanks for the swift response...I think that's logical...I will write seperate entries for each entry/exit to make it very clear for the visa officer...Moreover it will match with the stamps on my passport...

Thanks once again....

I am in the same situation, and I think no need to mention India trip since your a citizen. And form clearly states that apart from your country of citizenship...

Dear canrushi,

I have a different opinion...You are right in saying that we need not include the trip to our home country as we are residents there but think from the other side of the coin...everytime you went to India you came back to the foreign country and hence its a different trip and should be mentioned...

Also what difference does it make if we input all the trips....It will make the situiation clear to the officer....

Thanks.

If you have the data, mention all your travel , it will not harm any where , May be an additional sheet required in your application ,thats all.
