IMM 5540 Question 11?

Hello, just a quick question regarding form IMM 5540 Sponsor Questionnaire...

Question 11 asks 'Are you currently living in Canada?'

We are so we ticked yes, the next question is 'since when?'

Now my partner sponsoring me and filling in this form is Canadian from birth, so is she writing her birth date here? Or the last time she landed back in Canada from an overseas trip? Or is it just the date we moved into our address we currently live at?

Little confusing, any help would be greatly appreciated!
