Imm 5540 and Imm 5491 checklist

1) Imm 5540, question 17 deals with divorce(s) which applies to me. If more than 1 divorce, it says attach details to a separate piece of paper which I have created.
ALSO Imm 5491, Checklist Item 16 under Supporting Documents says "If you had previous marriage, photocopy of the following"
Divorce Certificate if you are divorce.

The question is, must I provide details and photocopies attached to IMM 5540 AND also again for Supporting Documents ?

Actually, the same holds true for Question 7 regarding employers where is says " if insufficient space, use a separate sheet of paper
Is this attached to Imm 5540 or included in Supporting Documents section.

I'm certain there is a simple answer to this, I'm just not getting it

Hi

Simply fill the form and include the separate sheet for the extra details and include 1 copy of each divorce certificate etc.

You can use a paper clip to attach the form/extra page to the certificates and check both items off on the checklist.

Don't staple anything.
