For context:
I'm working on the Outlander application to sponsor my non-Canadian wife.
We have 3 small children all Canadian - accompanying. (they don't have dependents)
I'm a bit confused about this statement on the IMM5533 checklist, specifically part 4 concerning the Financial Evaluation (IMM 1283).
It states:
4. Only complete this form (IMM 1283) if the person you are sponsoring (your spouse) has one or more dependent child(ren), who has one or more dependent child(ren) of their own. Note: If this does not apply to you, write N/A next to the checkbox.
It seems improbable, but the way I read this is: I do not do NOT have to complete form IMM 1283.
If the forum feedback is that I have must complete this form, so be it.
If not required, will I have to submit my NOA from CRA?
