IMM 5532 - Sponsorship evaluation and information about the sponsor

Hello everyone,
I received my Permanent Residency (PR) through Express Entry, and I included my child in the application. Both my child and I have received our PR cards. My spouse was listed as a non-accompanying family member at the time of the application. In this situation, did I sponsor my child through Express Entry, or was my child simply included in the application along with me?
Currently, I am preparing a document for my spouse's PR sponsorship application.
I have a couple of questions regarding the following items:

• IMM 5532e, PART A - Sponsorship Evaluation
  • Question 2: "Have you sponsored, or are you currently sponsoring, any other family members in a different application?"
    • Should I answer "No" or "Yes"? This is quite confusing—should I answer "Yes" and include my child’s name here?
  • Question 3: "Other financially dependent people."
    • Should I include my child's details here again?
