I would like to ask your help regarding imm 5532 Part C, Question #4.
The questions says: If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship?
I believe the answer is 'yes' since I (Principal applicant) have visited my husband (Sponsor).
However, the document check list (page 8) says: Proof of your sponsor's visits, such as airline ticket coupons or used boarding passes, photocopies of pages of your sponsor's passport showing entry-exit stamps supporting visits, etc.If your sponsor did not visit you, make sure you provide an explanation in your IMM 5332 form (Part C, Question 4).
The document checklist only asks Sponsor's visit while IMM 5332 form asks both of sponsor and principal applicant.
Could you please advise me if :
1) I can still answer 'Yes' for Question 4 and
2) I cannot check the document check list regarding this section because my sponsor did not visit me but only I visited him.
Also, my husband was planning to visit me in last month but had to cancel his flight due to COVID-19.
We have its cancellation confirmation letter and want to include this information, but because we answer 'Yes' for question 4, we even cannot explain this situation. Could you please also kindly advise me if there is a way to explain our situation?
