IMM 5490 concern

Hi everybody!

Quick concern, sorry to bug you all ...

My wife and I were introduced by a mutual friend of ours that neither one of us stays in touch with anymore due to personal reasons. We have not made contact with this person for more than 6 months. Would this be a concern if CIC were to interview/investigate and we cannot reach our friend? Just wondering what people think about this?

That shouldnt be a problem. Make your application quite strong and that should not be a problem. Do write down that friends name though and have her information handy, but I doubt that will be an issue
