IMM 5481- Undertaking in effect /not yet in effect

Hi guys, I am currently filling my PR application inland. I came across this question on IMM 5481 that i have no idea how i am going to fill. :'(
Here is my story. My husband is going to my sponsor . However, he had applied for PR for his ex wife around 2007,but her application was revoked. And they didnt appeal or anything. They divorced after the long distance relationship wasnt working.
So when filling 5481, does she ( ex wife)consider as undertaking not yet in effect? or she is not consider in effect and not yet in effect??
so i should put 0 in all 5b?
i am very confused, someone pleasssssr help me! thanks a lot!

Undertaking is valid for 3 years from the day a sponsored becomes PP. If it has been more than 3 years since she got PP then the undertaking is no longer in effect. Divorce does not cancel undertaking.

she never got her PP because her application was revoked at the beginning, so that means i should put 0 in question 5 then?

Yes, 0. She was never granted PR, and they are not still processing her application, so she doesn't count.
