IMM 5481 help

I am sponsoring my husband from India and need help on IMM 5481 Form question # 4. Should I put 1 in box for question 4 (yourself) and 1 in box for question 5 (current undertaking)? The total for question 7 will be 2?

Also question 6(a) would be not applicable right? as I have already listed my sponsor in IMM 0008, box 3.

If you are sponsoring only your husband and do not have any children, then what you have stated is correct IE
#4 = 1
#5 = 1
#6 = not applicable
#7 = 2

hi mu question is same and i want to know that question 6 (a ) and (b) both are not applicable if my wife not supporting.financially to any one except her husband?
