IMM 5476 - Use of a representative

My husband and I are not using a representative, but I was told if I want to be able to talk to CIC relating to his application that I need to list myself as representative. Just looking for clarification if this is the case? Assuming if so, I list myself as uncompensated family/friend??

Yes, that's correct. We did the same, although I never did end up needing to speak to CIC on her behalf.
