I have submitted my application and we are waitng for the process to complete. I am the primary applicant and my wife is the dependent. We wish to authorize my friend to check my application status for us. Do both of us have to sign the IMM 5475 form and submit it. Because we submitted the form individually and they said the form was incomplete. We also put location and name of office as N/A.
Please advise on how to go about it? Thanks.
